3. Payment and Subscriptions

Some services may require payment. You are responsible for any fees and applicable taxes. Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel subscriptions anytime through your account settings.

If you upload content (e.g., reviews, videos), you grant C-HUB the right to use, display, and share your content. Ensure you have the rights to any content you post. C-HUB may remove content that violates its policies.

7. Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of payment or the course start date, whichever is later. No refunds are available after six months. Subscriptions and professional education courses have different refund terms. Check your specific course for more details.

8. Termination

C-HUB may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the account settings.

9. Dispute Resolution

Most disputes will be settled through arbitration, which means no jury trial or class action lawsuits. Exceptions include small claims or intellectual property disputes.
